At DETERMINANT, we stand by the quality of our premium shirts and apparel; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
